All products are designed, printed, and cut in-house at KiwiKraftzCo.

Processing Times: We aim for 3–5 business days, but actual times may vary. The current processing time is always listed on our homepage and should be reviewed before placing your order.

Personal Use Only: All products (physical and digital) are for personal use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes.

Refunds & Returns

Digital Products: All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted.

Physical Products: Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If approved, a replacement will be sent.

License & Use of Digital Products

Files are provided for personal use only.

You may not share, resell, alter for resale, or claim our files as your own.

No commercial licenses are offered or available.

Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages once your order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Shipping delays, lost or damaged packages caused by carriers.
