Physical Products

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please note that slight variations or minor imperfections may occur. These do not affect the overall quality or usability of the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at kiwikraftzco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.
